Your cart is empty.Every Rubex boat propeller has a rubber interchangeable hub system. It is designed to eliminate chatter and vibration that competitive hub systems are prone to. Being rubber, the Rubex hub has no plastics to deteriorate. It can deflect 10% for softer shifting and to reduce prop shaft shock when the propeller strikes a submerged object. The Rubex hub will not spin in the propeller. Each Rubex Hub Kit comes with the hardware needed to install the propeller on the prop shaft. Unlike competitive hubs, the prop nut does not require periodic re-torqueing on a Rubex propeller system. The Rubex NS3 propeller offers all-around performance and good acceleration with a large ear blade design. 13.25" Diameter. 17" Pitch. Right Hand Rotation.

The information and pictures are misleading. The other reviews on here are correct. This is definitely a RUBEX propeller. You will need to have a RUBEX hub kit for your specific engine. I did some research and made sure before I bought since I already had an aluminum RUBEX prop. That being said, the prop is excellent and has my RPMs right where I want them at WOT.

Does come with hub. Couldn’t find a hub for my Yamaha outboard.

El 10 de Agosto del 2023 compre DOS Helices marcaSOLAS 9431-133-17 Rubex NS3 - Hélice de 3 cuchillas de acero inoxidable, RH, 13.25 pulgadas de diámetro x 17 pulgadas de paso. En la aplicación de amazon, fui muy enfático en buscar el producto que viniera completa, tanto hélices como bujes, cuando vi la descripción del producto vi que venían los bujes llamados RUBEX HUB (anexo foto de descripción del producto). Por lo cual la compre, ya que llegaban a tiempo para mi viaje a vivir en Colombia por 6 meses, ya que mi esposa me los iba a traer. Para mi sorpresa cuando ella me entre los paquete en Colombia, vi que no venían los bujes RUBEX HUB en la caja con la gran sorpresa, (adjunto foto).

Excited for this prop to show up on my door, hub looks good and in good shape, well packaged. However, nowhere in the add for the prop does it indicate a hub kit is required in addition to the prop. Picture of the prop (advertised) shows prop hub kit already installed. Wish the add was more clear so I could have made a more informed decision.

I have stock Yamaha propellers for the past 2 years that are 13.25x17 on twin 115's and was getting 6100 rpm so I thought I would upgrade to stainless and drop my rpm by a hundred or two or that was the plan. I got the propellers and tested them out and to my surprise I lost 1100 rpm and went from 33-34 knots down to 26-27 knots and loud chatter from both props at idle in gear especially in reverse!! The hole boat vibrates. My friend parked the truck and could here the boat in the water and asked me what was wrong wit it because he could hear the knocking from The parking lot. It goes away around 8-9 hundred rpm so to high to just increase the idol. My last boat was a 26 twin vee with a full custom cab with same motors with Yamaha sainless props that are 13x19 gets 5100 rpm and 33 knots.
