This is a great invention! Works like it should, BUT... VERY hard to get open. After opening it you have to make sure you get the rubber on the lid wiped off good, along w/the rim of the glass, otherwise it leaks. After all is cleaned off, after each opening, it works good, BUT is VERY hard to open. After one jar of pickles, I retired this. It's just too hard to open each time.

I have been wanting one of these for years and finally grabbed one when it was on sale. I wish I would have grabbed at least two or three.This holds a very large (Sams club) size of olives. I had no issues with the lids not being secured. They are both tight and I have had no leaking. I love how it separates the olives from the juice. I need one of these for pickles now too.

Originally, I was concerned that these containers would leak, but so far, no leaks and works great. I love that it's so much easier to access my pickled vegetables. I just wish they made one narrower and taller for my pickled asparagus, and my pickled green beans.

My husband and toddler both love this thing! Both of them love to snack on dill chips. We can flip this over and plop it on the table, and they can munch on them without having to fish them out. We also love that it's dishwasher safe. The only complaint is that if it's not closed tightly, it will leak. Any time our kid puts the lid back on, we have to double check that it is sealed before putting it away. I can't think of a solution to that, though, and that's why I didn't dock a star. It's absolutely worth it!

I'm a real woman and I'm gonna give you a real review. Sophico Pickle and Olive Jar. Ok item arrived on time and packaged well. Was a new item, not used and had no signs of being opened. So the concept is a good one however, this jar is very small. It will fit a small, 8 ounce jar of olives maybe but certainly not whole pickles or pickle wedges/spears and would not even fit a 16 ounce jar of pickle slices. Also it is quite small at the opening so someone with large hands would have a hard time picking out their pickles or olives. Because this design does not have an inner basket that you raise out you still have to cram your fingers down in it to get to the food. If this item were redesigned to be larger with a larger opening it would work much better. I ordered two of these Sophico jars and two of the Lock N Lock pickle jars with the raise out basket. I returned these two and kept the Lock N Lock because they functioned better.

Klingt komisch, aber sowas habe ich schon Ewig gesucht. Ich habe es immer gehasst, wenn man mit den Fingern oder der Gabel in diesem Sud rum wurschteln muss. Dann endlich habe ich diesen Artikel gefunden.Ja, der Preis klingt erstmal happig, ganz schön viel Geld für etwas Plastik, aber mal ehrlich, für andere Plastikbehälter geben wir auch Unmengen an Geld aus.Ich finde es super, da ich direkt an die Gürkchen dran komme. Die Deckelt halten auch dicht, also hier gibt esnichts zu befürchten.
