These are good spd shoe cleats. They are just what I need to replace the worn cleats in my bike shoes. They come with the allen wrench to make replacement easy. The two pairs should last many miles.

Compared to actual sh51 cleats, the rear clipping area is heavily sloped and requires a great deal of effort to clip out. You can see how I mangled this thing trying to unclip just once. The actual sh51 shows no wear after multiple uses.It took almost my full weight to initially clip in. It took so much effort to unclip that I'd probably fall off while dismounting. If you MUST use these, only do so on a trainer (can't fall off). Even though I had these cleats torqued down pretty good, they were twisted during the dismount. Rather than risk damage to my pedals, I think I'll just recycle these things.
