I purchased this mailbox a little over 2 years ago. It has been installed for about a year and a half. Generally speaking I absolutely love it, it is sturdy and solid..BUT.... the paint is extremely faded. For spending $200 on it I'm really disappointed in how it looks now. I did reach out to the company, the only semblance of assistance they could offer was to send me a 'sample paint' which I then followed up TWICE to ask for them to please send it to me (I was thinking I could try to color match it at the store) and they never sent it... Or even responded to me...They even said in their initial email response that they suggest putting a top coat on it when you receive it. For $200 they should put the top coat on before they mail it...

This is a heavy and large mailbox, and difficult to open. It did not fit on our porch, and shipping it back cost over $100.

This is a beautiful, high quality mailbox and is well worth the price. It even came with a board on the bottom for mounting it to the post.
