Been using for quite some time now, still works. simple. I removed it from the housing, and installed in a plastic electric enclosure for a cleaner look

Says it’s good for 60A, but it’s not. I installed this on an upgraded 24V power wheels for my son to give him infinite speed control rather than just high and low. I’ve got the wiring protected by a 40A thermally resetting breaker. After about 10-15 mins of use, truck would go slow, as if batteries are dying. Let it cool down for an hour and it would be good again. We only got one weekend of use of it before it died completely. Don’t waste your money on it. I’m sure if your intentions were 20A of intermittent use, it would be ok. This one has no fan and I don’t see any decent sized relays to handle the load. Oh and the labels are in Chinese or some weird symbols, so i had to come back on here to figure out which terminals are for the motor and battery. They say + and - but don’t tell you which is motor or battery. Not a huge deal, but a simple B and M would suffice.I’ve since bought another one good for 100A apparently. It has a built in fan and the relays are quite large to hopefully handle the draw 🤞

Works as it should. However, the LED lights are a bit fragile and easy to break if you are trying to mount them in a box. Pot and ON/OFF switch are a bit flimsy as well but to be expected considering the price. Other than that it seems to work fine. Time will tell how long it lasts as I am running my 24V trolling motor on it.So after using it for 3 months I am happy with the controller. But one piece of advice I recommend is to remove the board from the casing. The reason why is that the clearance between the circuit board and metal bottom is tiny and could result in a short circuit if it is moved around or bumped which will damage the controller. Also I would add additional cooling via a fan to remove excess heat. I noticed it got very hot if you pump more than 25A through it. This is probably the reason why many are seeing failures with it. It will definitely not handle 40A continuous as it should be rated for without additional cooling. With these mods it should work without any problems.

I used one to the welding position-er, I made it run old windshield wiper motor which is 12 v . And with the speed controller on it it works very well. And I aLso used it to control and old drill ( 18V ) I have and can't Get to the USA to buy new batteries at HF so I used it to power run, my milling machine table. with the speed control and the forward and reverse it works like a dream.
