MY pipes measure 2.07 inch od and 2.1 od. Assumed that called for the 2 inch id type. Had a gap when tightened and an exhaust leak. Looks like a 2 1/4 inch would be a better fit. Wondering if these are actually Metric which would explain fitment issues. I did get the exhaust leak fixed by using silicone rtv for a temporary fix. Will buy 2 1/4 when I start having leaks again. Just FYI otherwise no issues.

These do not fit over 3" pipe. The strap itself doesn't even have a 3" diameter.

I recently purchased the SPEEDWOW 2.5 Inch Butt Joint Exhaust Clamps and I am very impressed with their quality. The clamps are made of stainless steel which makes them strong and durable. They were very easy to install and they hold the exhaust pipe securely in place. I have had no issues with them coming loose or falling off. I would highly recommend these clamps to anyone in need of a reliable way to connect their exhaust pipes.

I have a 1995 jeep with a hole in the tail pipe. I tried "exhaust tape" and JBL Extreme Heat with no success. I went to this option and it has worked well. I put the exhaust tape on the pipe 1st and then this over the top. The hole being covered is the size of a quarter. So far, it has worked well.

waited forever, package arrived in perfect appearance, opened it to find beaten up open box missing half the hardware what a waste of time!

It is ok. Leaks a little if on rusty exhaust. A weld is the best answer but this will hold for now. Does it's job for now. Definitely won't last forever though.

I needed something that I could use if I had to disconnect my exhaust. I chose these. At first I was upset at how thin they were. But once I installed them, I instantly liked how snug around the pipe they were. Also, I was surprised at how strong these things were. I off-road. My pipes hit stuff, lots of flexing and other harsh treatments. So far, they're holding up quite well. I'm going to buy two more sets as spares just in case but I doubt I'll ever need to use them. They're definitely worth the money.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the money on these pipe clamps, but I am glad I bought them. They were perfect for joining two pipes together on my exhaust system. For my application I bought a piece of 1 3/4 OD pipe I cut to four inches to slip into the flared end of my cat converter. More than two inches stuck out of the converter pipe that allowed me to slip a flexible exhaust pipe with an inside diameter of 1 3/4 over the top of the cut pipe. The outside diameter of the flexible pipe was the same diameter as the flared end of the other pipe. Used the clamp to join them together. Did the same thing on the other end of the flexible pipe. Works great.

This product is great for what I used it for - Clamping my exhaust pipe- I like this product because of the quality of material its made from- and the ease of which to install it- I will never have my exhaust system welded again-these clamps are the way to install any exhaust system-to each his own but as for me these clamps are perfect for any exhaust system.
