Great little DIY wet stone polisher. The carbon brushes needed to be replaced after about 1 hour of use. Finished about half the work.There are no instructions on how to replace them. The seller offers no support. Their website and email address do not work. There doesn’t seem to be any easy way to replace them. So back it went. I hope the next polisher will finish the job.Otherwise the first half of the job looks great and the polisher did a pretty good job. Until it broke.

My first time polishing granite was made easy with this tool. You will be wet when you're done, but the end result was achieved! I read alot of reviews about people getting a light shock from this tool. I did not wear rubber gloves and I did not get a shock at any time. They put a valve on the supply line so you can easily adjust how much water is used. Every pad is marked for easy identification. All around a great tool for the DIYer or in my case, a remodeled that does a little of everything. If you are reading this still, just buy it already. It will do exactly what you need it to do and won't break the bank!

Welp, maybe I just got a bad one. It worked fine, was easy to handle. I used it for about 10 minutes , turned it off and set it to the side. After that, it didn’t turn back on. Amazon has a great return policy so I simply sent it back. The down side, I needed to get the job done and it left me hanging.

Worked as we had hoped We wanted to reconfigure the kitchen layout and the bar top needed to be flipped over picked up this after trying to get a company to polish No one was interested so we picked up a polisher and 8 step pads we played around a few scrap pieces then the wife kicked me back to the kitchen to work on cabinets and cut granite while she polished it worked great and you can not tell the professional side from our polished side she did a fantastic job

This wet polisher was easy to use and produced great results on a concrete fire pit top. It gave the concrete a nice granite-like finish after working up to the 400 grit pad. Dry sanding could never get these same results and its no fun dealing with the dust from dry sanding. The wet polisher does produce a significant amount of slurry that could stain (depending on what you're polishing) so be sure to protect your surrounding work areas and quickly clean up any slurry residue when done.I didn't experience any of the problems noted in the negative reviews. Just use common sense... be sure to keep the cord connections out of standing water, hold the tool in the rubberized areas, and you won't shock yourself.Side note on my order: My original order arrived and it was only the tool, no diamond polishing pads or backing pad as stated in the product description. It took several back and forth communications with the seller and 3 weeks before they sent me the missing parts. That's not the tool's fault so the product still gets 5 stars.

First time using a concrete polisher. Used it on existing concrete counters in my kitchen. The hardest part was getting the old sealer off the top. Turns out a paint/epoxy remover was the way to go. After that, this tool did a great job leveling out and smoothing out the old uneven surface. Went from 50 to 400 grit. Had to play around with the hose connections to stop minor leaking, but otherwise the QuickT was great. The counter now feels like a smooth stone surface.

The product is good and have enough power to accomplished a job. Easy and securely to use with the splash guard on.It should come with multiple with same grit on sand dish like three or for each sand dish grit.I will buy more of your product.Thank you
