I opted for the 45mm rise handlebars with 12 degrees of backsweep. The 45mm rise doesn't "seem" like 45mm, but there isn't really an industry standard for measuring "rise" so take that with a grain of salt. They certainly have more rise than the stock bars I had which were rated at 20mm. The 12 degree backsweep is noticeable when riding as it lowers the elbows from the more aggressive flared position and gives a more comfortable angle to my wrists. I would love to try the 16 degree bars as a comparison, but it's not an item that is locally stocked so the only way would be to order both and send one back, which I did not choose to do. They aren't the lightest bars, but they aren't excessively heavy either. I am satisfied with the bars and would choose them again if I needed a new set.

As advertised eliminated hand numbness. Been dealing with that for years. The increased sweep handlebars eliminated that issue.

This bar was better for me than the typical 8 degrees as my hand issues were decreased while using it. I also tried the 16 degree and decided those were better for me as they further decreased my issues. You may find that these are good enough for you ir you may find that you need a little more backsweep like I do.

Top Lenker! Rise 45mm und Backsweep sehen nicht nach 12 Grad aus, wirken aber. Sehr zu empfehlen!

I saw this handlebar at a trade show in Germany. I liked the concept so I took a chance on the handlebars. They are very well made, the additional sweep adds relief to elbows and wrists. Combine this bar with some Ergon grips no more numbness. I found the 12 degree sweep was perfect on the trails, after few minutes riding sweep felt natural. They make 16 degree but I feel that would be too much for riding descents.I am deducting 1 star for 2 reasons.1. The rise is not as advertised. I ordered the high rise which is supposed to be 40mm, but it's actually more like 20mm. And yes I confirmed they sent the right version.2. These aluminum bars are HEAVY! Mine came in at about 375 grams, much more than the Answer bars at 290 grams I previously had on my bike. They do make a carbon bar but I could not justify the cost.

Habe nach langer Suche endlich einen Lenker gefunden der zu mir passt. Da ich lieber etwas aufrecht fahre, habe ich den mit high rise genommen. Seit dem bekomme ich kein Taubheitsgefühl mehr in den Fingern. Was vorher mit dem sixpack nicht wahr. Die 12 Grad backsweep fallen nicht so stark auf wie ich gedacht habe (optisch). Alles in allem top Lenker, wenn auch nicht ganz billig, aber wenn mein Gefühl so bleibt jeden Cent wert.
