Installed the new carburetor onto my snow blower and it started right up. That was the goal, BUT because the kit included an inline shut off and fuel filter (awesome) I needed more hose clamps than the two that were provided (bummer). I also need a longer primer hose that the one provided which meant two more clamps for that hose (again, bummer). All in all not a big deal but the addition of these clamps would be recommended for this product.

There's nothing better than finding a newer snowblower sitting on the curb with a "free" sigh. A little bit of effort replacing the old carb with this one (YouTube shows how easy it is) and it was up and running like a charm. Excellent carb and great value.

Carburetor was a quick and easy install. Everything lined up. Very good quality. After installing, the machine started on the first pull. Will buy again if ever needed.

Installed in about 15 mins and Troy Built Squall 2100 snow blower cranked right up, then ~3 mins later smelled gas and noticed gas leaking around carburetor. I thought it was a gasket problem with the ones provided so order OEM gaskets and it installed them. Unfortunately gas still leaked around the carburetor. Re-installed original carburetor with the same gaskets and no leaking. I couldn't identify where the gas was coming from.

Bought this out of frustration from the stock carb. No matter how much I clean and calibrate the stock carb, it ran too lean when choke is fully open where the engine would rev up and down.With the new carburetor, it fired right up and runs perfectly quiet and stable rev.
