Awesome, instant hot water, not hard to install. You have to get used to it. It takes a while to learn that if you turn off the hot water , it will take a few seconds to heat again. We just leave it on while showering.

I bought the Suburban ST60 heater and this door fits great, no issues or complaints at all. Make sure to mount the door to the unit prior to installing the unit into the RV or travel trailer.

The door fits very loosely, and water gets into the unit. Not a very good door.

Replaced 6 gal water heater in RV with tankless heater. Best decision! Working great! Installation was easy. Be sure to order the door/cover extra bc the unit does not include it.

I have a larger water heater hole in my RV for a 10 gal tank the ST60 is a small unit and so is this door - I'm unable to use it as is, but the door is nice arrived in perfect shape and is what was advertised, my fault for not measuring twice first than order - it seams this is the only door option available no larger sizes, so some handy work, little metal work and framing will be required to get a proper fit.
