instructions are micro, you will need a magnifying glass. also, the fan circuit does not work for the low fan when heat on. I was skeptical buying this, but should have bought the honeywell instead. there are 5 dip switches, there is no indication why a 5th dip switch is there, nor is there instructions on it's setting. lastly, I had to put a sequencer on the heat setting for the low fan mode to get this board to work. pay the extra and save yourself the headache of getting the job done the first time without any trouble. (29 year service technician here)
