I like these spoons. A reviewer said they run small so I bought the larger size. I wish I had purchased the smaller size but they are terrific, especially for soup. Good quality.

I was tired of using horrible little plastic take-out restaurant spoons when at work and buying soup for lunch. While a different shape than a usual spoon, this one worked great for me. The shape and taller edges kept the soup from spilling before getting to my mouth. The medium size I ordered provided a generous bite and the spoon was Still small enough to fit in my mouth. Seems to be made of good solid material that I think will last me a long time.

Good spoons, but they will bend if you try to dig into a carton of fresh-out-of-the-freezer ice cream, but great for all other spooning needs. I find the shape perfect for soup as long as you sip from the corner and not try to fit all the spoon in you mouth.

My husband has always been dissatisfied with the soup spoons in our everyday flatware set because the bowl of the spoon wasn't deep enough to contain the contents as he lifted the filled spoon from the soup bowl to his mouth. (Translation: he spills a lot.) This spoon has solved the problem (mostly). The spoon's design is a hybrid that starts as an angular open-box like shape (like sideboards), and then the sides smooth to meet the curved bottom of the spoon. It is also a good heavy weight spoon that makes it easy to balance and keep level when it is filled with food. I initially bought the spoon in the large size, but it was a little too big to be comfortable for me so I also purchased the same spoon design in the middle and small sizes. Note: the middle and small size spoons work great for soup/cereal and ice cream, respectively.

Great spoons! We like them for cereal or soup. (We are tall, large adults. They might be a little too wide for smaller adults/teens unless that is what they like. Too big for little children.) They also are good serving spoons when you don't need great big serving spoons. I like the feel, comfortable rounded handle, lightweight but not at all flimsy. The wider squarish bowls hold liquid better than the usual smaller oval shaped dinner spoons. They are attractive, shiny, looks like good metal. They've gone through dishwasher twice so far and still good. Time will tell how well they hold up. I have already purchased a total of 6.
