This product came in right on time. And the product look well put together not cheaply made. And when I installed it it definitely fix the problem.

Fit and works like it should on 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. prior to installing this, Fan speeds 1 through 4 were not working but the high speed (5) was the only one that worked in my car this fixed that problem giving me back speeds 1-4 yay!Now for the grand am part it is a royal pain to install not a problem of the part bad position from GM. it is under the dash on the passenger side behind the blower motor against the fire wall (tight to the fire wall) on the bottom of the duct work. no head room to see what you are doing and held in place by 2 screws one very easy to reach and one that took me 10 minutes to remove. i used a 5/32nds socket (a 7mm fit as well) a 1/4" swivel and a long 1/4" extension to get it out. I read many reviews on the gm forums where people left the back screw out but I taped the screw to the socket and that helped me line it up in the back.
