I used this as a mini tripod to hold my camera for recording. It worked quite well. No starling was involved though.

I don't even have starlink but it comes with everything you need to secure your starlink set up. I got this for my camera kit, as sometimes I just need a small and quickly placed tripod for my work. This tripod is surprisingly sturdy and I'd have no issue putting full frame cameras on this tripod. Go Pro's or other action cams would be perfect as well considering the size.Included in the kit was the starlink mount that attaches to the tripod easily and some stakes (which would be used to make sure your starlink doo-dad doens't fall over among other things) and as a bonus it does have some adjustability that makes this the perfect little piece of kit for a fraction of the cost of many other tripods in it's category. Super pleased with this tripod.

Sometimes you find just what you were looking for and you were not even looking for it. This item was the case, I wanted a durable and very compact tripod for my gopro and I found it as an accessory for the Starlink dish. I will not be using the Starlink adapter. But I will definitely be using the Gunovy Tripod. It is made out of some plastic/composite material and is very rigid. The legs have 3 locking adjustment angles to compensate for tight areas or spread them all the way out for more stability. The legs can also be extended have 5 locking positions for increased height or for uneven terrain. This tripod is very versatile. This Gunovy Tripod has a 1/4" male threaded stud on top for mounting accessories, cameras, or anything with 1/4" threaded hole. It comes with a swivel adapter which has a thumb screw for tightening when it is in the correct position. This is a very well constructed and compact tripod.

I actually got this for my video camera, so I can't attest to how it works with StarlinkI can tell you, it's very compact & adjustableThe legs easily expand in height & tighten with the twist of a knobThe camera screws on easily and can be easily manipulated into different directions (ball joint)Works fantastic as a camera tripod, great price

While this mount is meant for Starlink Internet access, I got it to use as a camera tripod. It does all the same things a camera tripod can do and the connections are the same as a camera tripod. It's sturdy and easy to collapse, fold up, and carry around. I don't intend to ever get a Starlink system in the future, so I can't speak to the tripod's usefulness for that purpose. But if you're looking for a good camera tripod, be sure to check this one out. It's a good price compared to some camera tripods, so it makes sense to consider it for that purpose. I did!
