2021 RibiconThey seem to be welded ok. But they will not fit as you expect. The bolt is about 6 threads too short, which mens you can't add a washer to protect the rubbing. The backside rests on the hinge and creates pressure from the peg on the paint. I'm ok with the $19 purchase. But I'm glad I didn't spend more
