You get what you see in the photos and what's described in the listing. What you don't get - and what the listing doesn't have a link to - are instructions.The "bowl" has a metal bottom and the "flower" (which is just a bunch of feathers) stalk has a magnet on the bottom and fits inside the "wand" (= plastic tube). So clearly you're supposed to touch the base of the wand to the bottom of the bowl, pull the wand up, and *presto*, you have a flower. But I can't think of a way to pull the wand up without clearly revealaing that the flower is coming from the inside of the wand. An instructional video would sure help here.

This wand to flower trick is just as shown on Amazon. It is a black tube with the feather flower and magnetic base. It is cheesy, but can be used effectively as comedy relief in a magic routine. I use extra exaggerated moves and a witty joke like, "Have you ever seen the most amazing, mystical and beautiful flower in the world? Prepare to be amazed! Voila!" I reveal the pitiful flower, make a funny face and say "Oooooooh, MAGIC!" It gets a big laugh every time.Practice with the wand before you perform, as you have to tap the wand a little hard to get the bottom of the flower to stick to the black base. To reload, just push the bottom of the flower down through the top of the wand and tap on a table a few times until the flower is all the way back in the wand. This is cheap and it is cheesy, but in a good way and a good joke for my routine with the kids.
