I work on many vehicles a week and this tool makes it easy. I used the plastic version but it does not withstand the pressure the stretch belt puts on the tool. It might or might not work for your vehicles. Some vehicles require a specific tool. I recommend purchasing several types if you do this type of work.

Review is for the plastic version. These are made of plastic, so I'm sure they won't last forever, but they seem durable enough for diy use. Not much else to say, they worked for the stretch belt on the AC of a Subaru. They don't come with instructions, so if you don't already know how to use them, look up a video.

I got the plastic version and it worked as it should. It came packed into a small bag with no instruction so this is not beginner friendly. Just be mindful of that if you are a beginner.
