Installation method
If the strobe light is used outdoor, please make sure the strobe light is mounted vertically, not tilted (if the mounting angle is not suitable, the warning light may get into the water and cause the warning light to stop working) !

This light works well, but the attached wires are extremely short. Depending on where you're wanting to install it - this may, or may not be a problem. For me it was a problem. I got it to attach to the roof of one of our vehicles that does frequent freeway stops. However, we had to connect it to an alternate power source due to the shortness of the wires. Otherwise, we would have had to reroute a portion of the electrical circuits in the vehicle to power this. It was not worth doing all that work when we could just go get a different light with the features we needed. I would also like to mention that this light bolts on. It is not magnetic.

This was a sound that you don't want to stand there and take for very long, so it serves it's purpose well especially in a confined space like a room. It doesn't include any sort of grounding that I could tell so I added some when I wired it. The strobe is bright enough to be highly visible. It came with all the mounting hardware you would need. Overall a good deal. I plan on using it as an intrusion alarm.
