We have three wall sconces that use this bulb. One stopped working recently, and I thought I’d have a problem find a replacement. Who uses 2 pin, 2 tube compact fluorescent lights anymore. But Amazon has them and in different color temperatures, too.

Prices ranged all over the chart for this type of bulb here on Amazon. I decided to go with the least expensive alternative. The expensive versions must really be fantastic because these are only great. They do flicker on startup but they do start and brighter than the old ones. They were installed into older Panasonic bathroom fixtures in 2 bathrooms, 2 bulbs per fixture. Works for me.

For me, these bulbs are unacceptable. They blink, blink, blink, blink, blink ... blink . . . and then finally turn on - just like Fluorescent bulbs of 50 years ago. I bought these to replace a different brand bulb in a bathroom fixture (that brand no longer makes the bulb). The bulb to be replaced was 15 years old, and would turn on instantly. So, it's not like these bulbs have to do this. I didn't think anyone even made Fluorescent bulbs that still had this type of blink, blink, blink issue. I hope the seller takes them back, but regardless, I won't use them and will buy a different brand.

The LED bulbs all work fine, and none have failed after many months of use.
