The mic cover was a little slippery to put on and needed to be stretched out first, but seems to work.

This deadcat windscreen fits the Olympus LS-100 perfectly and does a good job at reducing wind noise. It’s not studio-perfect, but it blocks a decent amount of wind, making outdoor recordings much more usable. The material feels decent, and it stays securely in place without slipping.Overall, it’s not perfect, but definitely good enough for most field recording needs—especially at this price point. A handy accessory for improving audio quality in breezy conditions.

Warning, does not fit on when using the AB positioning of the mics. Absolutely disappointing. It barely fits on when using the XY closed positioning, making it a super hard stretch to get on and it also flies off very easily (especially if using headphones or line out). wished this was great but i will for sure be returning this and getting the individual foam windscreens instead.

threw this on my Tascam DR-40 went outside and spun around as fast as I could and could barely hear any noise (might as well be no noise). I took the windscreen off spun around again and it made the audio peak. This windscreen is cheap, and works great!

My cats seem to think that it might be a new toy…but it’s really just a wind screen. It fits the Tascam well. It’s a tight fit, but better that than it falling off. It cuts wind noise appreciably when recording outdoors.

When I first opened the box I thought that maybe it would be to small to flip the on board mics to their A-B position with the dead cat attached. It turns out that I can put the sock on and then flip the microphone position. Works great. I've only used it in light winds so far, but works as advertised, and a good bargain for the price.
