Answer:I don't see why not? They are great flippers.

They are short, and come in a package that says "toys" on the front. Definitely seem more geared towards kids and not adults. Not sure if they would actually work for swimming as we intend to use them for a costume. However, makes sense for the cheap price I paid for them - you get what you pay for
