Seems like a great tube but the backrest didn't hold air. Seller resolved our concerns quickly and to our satisfaction. Would like to give the tube another shot but out of stock. Will try again next year.

Took the tube still in the box on vacation. Inflated it and got ready for a fun day with the grandkids. Unfortunately within an hour of use it had begun to deflate. We had to add air continuously throughout the day. I contacted customer service and a response from an AI wanted me to spray soapy water on it to find the leak. The leaking part is inside a cover so that was impossible. The AI insisted I do that before they could help me, which would have required me to wrestle the tube out of the cover, then try to put it back in the cover. I chose to return it via Amazon, which was easy.

First of all, I had a problem with the tube deflating. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new tube. I can't wait to try it and I have full confidence that it was just a manufacturing defect. I definitely recommend Swonder's products!

Works great for floating down the river. No worry about sticks or rocks with cover! 😃 dislikes takes a while to fill up.

We bought this tube last year and had only used it a few times. The kids all love the 3 seat design. Just under 1 year and somehow the tube split during a ride (not on a seam). There were no holes in the cover as the cover is really durable. Unfortunately we were heading out of town on vacation and I did not contact them until we got back which was about 10 days past the warranty. I explained the issue to Harper with their customer service team and after she explained to management what had happened, they promptly shipped out a replacement that arrived in a few days! I’m not sure if the tear happened on a landing or what caused the issue, but up until that point, the tube was very durable. We are expecting that incident to be a fluke and are going to take the new one out this weekend! Would definitely recommend this tube!

It's very big, takes a lot to air up! On the last camp trip, all the kids (and adults) wanted to ride on our boat for this tube. The person on the back was always the first to fall off. Good quality and price! The kids did tricks and seat changes mid ride, everyone had a blast on it!

Looked for a tube that wouldn’t break the bank & have more then 2 seats. This is the one! Quick & easy to inflate, had 3 kids on it nonstop when we took it out. Very durable. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a water tube!

I have used several such inflatable towable tubes. But I really like this product. When there is a skid behind the boat, they do not fall on each other and get stuck.Since the "boston" type allows one-way air inlet, there is no escape when pressing air. It has thick, solid seams. The sleeves are nice and comfortable too.
