Quality seems good. Depth of thalis good. The box had a picture of an idli steamer and said idli steamer, when I opened the box it was a Dhokla steamer. No warranty or care instructions. The lid raises and steam comes out of it, not a snug fit when steaming. Will be returning as this was a replacement for an old steamer with same issue.

We received it with one of the stainless steel plate distorted and cracked on the edges, indicative of poor quality inspection and made us very disappointed having paid so much for it.

I liked the dhokla stand.The quality is very good.I read some of the reviews saying that stainless steel is cheap.But they are well made and looking strong.

I ordered this as a gift. The original box was damaged. Ripped and torn I can't believe this is what passes as a quality product. After inspecting the Item, the bag was also ripped and it looks like it was possibly a return item. Completely dissatisfied with this order.

Good thing is that you can make dhokla and idli with this steamer. Bad thing is that the plates are unaligned.
