I received the hat and red ribbon which were very nice for the price. However, I did not receive the eye patch:(

I opened the package and there was a bad smell especially with the red scarf. I washed it twice but ended up throwing it away. The had wasn't that bad.

It arrived a bit squashed and with some of the metal framing sticking out. Was not damaged in shipping. It was the way it was packaged. Fit our 7 year old grandson okay. It is a little bit ajustable. All and all it did it's job for pirate night on our Disney cruise and he was happy with it.
