Put my son's first turkey on this -- mounted fan, then drilled below and screwed feet/spurs down below, with feet curled around hull from shell he used. (Hunting program mentor suggested something like that might be cool -- he liked the idea.) Only knock I have was the finish was a little "bubbly" in one area, with sort of a run in the varnish. Would kind of expect to not see problems that basic in such a simple piece. Still works.
