Durable E-Bike Chains for Mid-Drive Systems: TAYA’s Enhanced Impact Resistance Technology
E-bikes are becoming increasingly popular for various purposes, including commuting, trekking, and carrying large items, especially in Europe and North America. TAYA has developed E-bike chains with enhanced impact resistance, ranging from 12-speed chains to the IGH system. In field tests, the chains have proven to be compatible with Bosch series (350W, 85Nm) and Yamaha series (500W, 85Nm) without any issues. TAYA’s super DHT technology ensures a hardness level of HK 2,000, making TAYA’s E-bike chains capable of withstanding high torque outputs from mid-drive drivetrains. As a result, TAYA’s E-bike chains are approved for 1000W and 160Nm torque middrive systems, making them highly recommended for sporty pedelecs.
