They made everything right and it turned out to be a great product it ended up that FedEx lost my order but I contacted the company and they sent the parts that got lost it went together easy and looks great very happy with the results just not happy with the carrier they used to ship with.

The lock didnt work well, but worked. The trunk was denim and had scratches, I sent back because I wanted vivid black anyway. The box that the rack was dlivered in was torn up pretty good. All of these items come in different boxes.

Was missing the backing plate. A very important part. Keeps the bolts from pulling through the plastic on the bag to the mount. Went down and got a 12X12 piece of aluminum for one.

Terrible product. None of the pre mark drill holes matched up. Had to drill new holes on every part. No instructions giving, everything came in separate packages and different days. Had to buy my own stainless hardware also...All said I’m done deff a cheap version of a real Harley tour pack. Save your money
