It doesn't install on both knobs on the docking station. The front of it goes on the rear shocks. A little confusing at first. But perfect fit.

Its okay. Chrome quality isnt that great, and had to install on my bike with all hardware loose, shoved it into place and then tightened everything down, no instructions, i just went off of the amazon image. If it fell off the bike one day id def buy a diff brand.

Nice looking product that is sturdy. The fit isn't as precise as Harley branded items, but after a little massaging it fits just fine. I certainly wasn't ready to pay a few hundred dollars for the HD version for something that isn't on the bike all of the time. You get what you pay for.

I would not recommend buying one of these backrest the rack mounts don't line up you can get the bolts in but it is not a match fit next is the detachable latches one line up and the other one you can barely get it to latch if you use a hammer and wood dahl to beat it closed over the mount last but not least it was missing the backrest pad mounting bracket and I tried to get a hold of TCMT but could not find there website to get a bracket sent out so I had to buy one ( not from TCMT ) so I could mount the backrest pad I Am very unhappy with this product and the fact that I could not get a hold of TCMT to get my missing part and amazon should quit selling this this product unless they want to be known for selling JUNK.
