This is not easy at all to put together. The Trunk fits super tight on the luggage rack. It is very time consuming to get it together. While its pretty self explanatory, no instructions are provided and there are a lot of left over parts. (extra Nuts and washers, mechanics nightmare) The shock in small and does not allow the lid to fully open. Over all, the Bronze Smoke matches pretty well with my bike. I am overall happy with the purchase. Have a friend help, two people would make the assemble slightly easier!

I bought this for a 2021 Chieftain Dark Horse, Ruby Smoke.I had been on the fence with purchasing a trunk for my bike as I really don't care for the look. I need extra storage for an upcoming trip and came across this razor trunk.This was color matched and with the quick release mounting dock at a 1/3 of the cost of a dealer model. It did come with some issues, albeit minor and annoying.The color isn't exact but very close, the trunk fit extremely tight on the dock, which made it impossible to adjust. I had to remove the dock and reposition it, once it was where I liked it (all the way back) the holes on one side were slightly off. I had to re drill the holes slightly to get the bolts to fasten. The whole setup was also extremely tight when attaching to the bike.Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase at this price point

Pros:High quality - OEM equivalent mountGood Paint Work/Color Match - a few very small blemish's that can be fixed with some very light sandpaper, only noticed if you are really looking for them. "Steel Gray" Matched my Titanium Gloss Metallic perfectly.Trunk is very sturdy when mounted and closed.Cons:When opening the lid, it is a little more flimsy than oem. Not much though.My order was shipped missing the mount and backrest, I received only the trunk.Customer Service:Excellent, they immediately shipped out a mount after informing them it was not sent. The backrest was on backorder for quite some time, they offered to send it when it was in stock. I did not have time to wait so I ordered an OEM backrest and the seller offered a fair credit to offset my additional cost.Takeaway:Is it worth 600 dollars?, absolutely.Is it as good of quality as the oem?, No....but its about 98.9% of it at a fraction of the cost.Would I buy it again? Absolutely.

Tour pack looks and fits perfect. Very easy to install. Only thing I would change is adding a larger piston. The piston is to short to open the tour pack all the way up. Other than that I think it's great. Definitely better then spendind all that money on the oem Indian one.

Only 2 reviews making 3.5 stars had me worried. Love the look of the low profile but did not love the price from Indian. Well I went for it, glad I did. The mount is heavy duty and surprisingly nice. Fits tight on the spools with the spool sleeves that come with it. The trunk is colormatched great with a nice finish. Pattern and stitching on the back rest matches the stock seat. I had to file 2 of the bolt holes in the trunk floor slightly to start 2 bolts straight. Not a big deal to me at all considering the $1200+ I'm saving over having the Indian emblem on it.. Very impressed with the quality and over all turn out. Give it a try, I think you'll be glad you saved the $ with this option as it's quite nice. I can't see the OEM one being $1200 better in my opinion.
