I really like this door handle and it does have a lot of different features. They are very easy to set up and change if you need to. the negative I have found so far is the connectivity of blue tooth to your phone. It always has an error. You then need to turn off your blue tooth wait 10 seconds, turn it back on and hope it works. I was not at home and tried to unlock it. it never connected and i was not able to unlock it. thus a 4 star rating. I checked to see if there was an update needed but it is up to date. All the other features have worked as supposed to.

It was easy to install. The performance is very good. Very good quality but most important to me is the fact that it works well with my Apple Watch and Apple phone. Pretty good And their appearance is not too bad. Love it.

Install and setup was a breeze and I was thrilled. But by the second week the unit started beeping intermittently as if someone was touching the #7 on the keypad. Tried removing batteries, initializing to factory default MANY TIMES. Eventually it got worse to the point that the batteries died and I was locked out. Can only use with the physical key now. Emailed the company...no answer. Tried calling Amazon...got hung up on after waiting a long time on hold. Of course, now it's out of return period by a few days, so I'm S.O.L. Just be warned.

I ordered the black not thinking that the existing dead bolt would remain and be a different finish from the keypad. This was never installed as different finish was desired. Quality looked good however.

I was looking for a standalone, keyless entry for my garage to house door. Having a wifi connection is actually a deal breaker so this was a good find.The configuration is crazy simple and I replaced the existing knob, configured the fob, passcode, and thumbprint in about 20 mins total. The ease it offers is exactly what we were looking for, and it even has key backups! I like everything about this lock so far.

I purchased this in August 2024, but in December it stopped working. I called the company on Tuesday and by Friday I received a new one. Great customer service. The lock works great and I really like the finger print feature.

This door lock is great! The app is super easy to use, everything stays connected. I have the ability to let someone in from my office! It went right on, I installed it myself on a predrilled door and within 15 minutes it was up and running. Super durable case! I've been using it about a week now and I'm really happy with it. Great product for the price.
