It lives up to it's hype. I'll never go back in owning a regular ladder again. You cant beat the ease of transport, portability, and versatility of this ladder. One of the best innovation ever!

I bought it for my steep roof. I tightened the nuts controlling the hooks to make sure they didn't spin around so that the hooks stay on the peak of my roof. For this 20 foot model, it has great range but it's a bit heavy to maneuver on the roof but I suppose it has to be for the length.

I weigh about 135lb and I don’t even have it fully extended and it bows like crazy and the locks some are broken and won’t even hold that section up don’t buy it

I thought I’d love this for how compact it can be, but it is really unstable, so unless you are very comfortable on a ladder and don’t mind that it moves, this ladder is not for you.
