"10 ft reach" is misleading, What do you mean 10 "ft" (maybe: feet)? see my picture.I can see the 3rd steps with a warning message, "do not step or sit", so the usable steps maybe just 3 steps which is around 2.5 feet not even to 3 feet I can say. so the 10 ft is? what it description 6 feet?I can't even folded the last steps once extended, luckily the box is big enough for returning even extended 1 more steps, maybe they intended for this purposes.highly Not recommended, concept is good, but very bad description which ruin the product.

I purchased this item because it collapsed to one vertical length. To my dismay, it does not! Two vertical lengths is the smallest it gets. The picture is misleading!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great ladder, very useful on my service calls. It is light enough to carry over the shoulder with the sling, and sturdy enough you don't feel like you're precariously perched.It also fits in the trunk of a compact car when collapsed, or on the back seat.

A little tricky to use at first, but a good utility ladder for light-weight work. Very portable, so it works well for the purpose it was purchased for.

Unfolding, setup, breakdown and storage take practice. An extra set of hands during those steps make a big difference. Very strong and stable. After reading the specifications I recommend choosing one size larger than you think you need. It has proven to be the last step ladder I will ever buy. This ladder deserves five stars but for setup issues and confusing usable height table.

This ladder works perfect for getting into attics. If it was only one rung higher it would be even better, but it isn't so I can't complain too much because it still works great. Be sure to keep it lubed with a dry lube like graphite or teflon otherwise it will start to get hard to close.
