If you want to be cranky and frustrated then buy this product. No installation instructions were included at all!! From everything I read on the internet this just is what this company does. Lazy!I had to rely on annoying youtube videos to figure out how to install this thing. You have to remove pieces of plastic trim from the rear of the front center console and there aren’t even instructions on what side of the plastic prying tool is the correct one to use.It took over two hours of my time to install when in reality it should have taken 30 minutes. All thanks to having to use youtube videos to find out how to install this thing. And yes, pieces of plastic in my car are now broken. So now I have to take more time out of my busy schedule to resolve that issue.The product is working fine now but the lack of installation instructions is an automatic fail for me. Just total complacency on the company’s part. We will not give this company any more of our hard earned money!
