The first village house didn't have an adaptor so I sent it back. The replace came the next day with an adaptor. When plugged in it didn't work. It was sent in the Lemax box but I notice the item had be returned from someone else. The label on the outside showed it had been returned. That returned package was sent to me. I don't know if someone was in a great hurry to get the orders out and didn't care but it was a great disappointed to plug the house in and it still didn't work. The second box was returned today, April 20th but it could take up to 30 days before I get my refund. I'm going to consider the fact that a large company like yours sometimes mistakes will happen. I will wait to get my refund before I order again so there won't be a mix up as far as getting my refund.

There is glue or something smudged on the inside of windows that I would have to remove windows to fix so I guess I’ll just live with it. Don’t want to break windows trying.

I want to love Lemax Christmas village but this is now my 3rd large village addition that has only worked for 1 season!Worked great Christmas 2020 and now 2021 it worked for 2 weeks and when I went to turn it on… nothing.Not worth the money to only get 1 season out of it!

Very disappointed in this piece. I have a whole collection of Lemax villages but I feel the quality is not there on this one. For one thing it would have been nice if the tree had lights. It's very boring. Also the candy canes in the widow, are just flat & painted on. There's no dimension at all. This could have been a lot nicer. It seems Lemax is cutting corners, which is a shame for what they cost.
