I bought this tape measure for my 3 year old Grandson. He has seen me using my metal tape measure and asked me to buy him one. I found this tape measure and it is perfect for a child who is keen to learn about measurement. Being soft and therefore safe for a child to handle, it is also of fun design (we have the zebra one). It’s also a useful tape measure of course in its own right!

My most favourite thing about this is that you can pull it out however long you need. It "clicks" frequently and the tape stays out so there is no need to keep faffing about holding it out. But to simply retract the tape you squeeze the circle and it pulls itself in. Because it's soft tape it doesn't hurt you at all like big tape measures do. No cuts or snaps or anything like that. Very nice and pleasant to use. Even my hubby likes to use it and asks for it when measuring things like my desk or monitor recently. Really well done and so cheap.

Nice and petite measure. It’s slightly padded which makes it look more expensive than it was. Have had lots of compliments from my sewing class on it’s size and appearance.
