Was stored in a cabinet outside, protected from rain. Took it out after being stored for the winter: tons of rust spots.I would not buy this again.

Not going to lie, I was skeptical at how strong this thing would be. 2 chickens, 2 cans of "goo" doing a balancing act...I was ready to be disappointed.However: Its stout! Very impressed with the weight of it straight out of the box.Cleaning: I like to hand-wash items (though I think this rack can go into the dishwasher), and I may have spent 60 seconds, even on the crustiest spots that were extra sugary and gooey. Looove how shiny and pretty it looks so quickly.A tip for anyone on the fence: I was nervous about sharp edges on cans doing beer-butt, but use a hand-held can opener (not the electric kind, silly) on the top and it makes a very nice, easy, much safer cut edge!You will be AMAZED at how awesome your chickens turn out!

We love beer canned chicken. We normally just shove the can up the rear and put it on the grill which then causes it to cook uneven and half the time the bottom is burnt. These stands were easy to use. I used a tall boy, it was a little harder to get the chicken on since the can was taller than normal but it cooked the chicken evenly, kept it nice and moist and it picked up a nice smokey taste.

Love this, well mad, easy to use and easy to clean. Bought for my dad as a birthday gift and he loved it. Very easy to use and cook like, fits well on our Traeger smoker, very well balanced, and easy to clean. I think its made out of stainless steal? not sure but we just throw it in the dishwasher and it comes out looking new again.

When I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised how sturdy this product was. This thing is heavy duty. It really makes my chickens easy to do in the smoker. I always used to just lay the birds on the rack and there would be a flat spot on the bottom and marks pressed into the birds from the rack. This product keeps the birds upright and looking nice. I usually don't use beer or pop as I don't think it really does anything anyways, but the can holders work flawlessly for the times you do want to use a beer. I actually bought another one and had it sent to my son who also is a big BBQ and smoker guy.

Beer can chicken is something I have always enjoyed cooking then eating. Occasionally I cook for friends and guests where just one chicken is not sufficient. Love the ability to cook one or two chickens on the same device. I saw negative reports about not being able to fit two on it but discovered if you place them front to back rather than side by side, there is plenty of room for two large chickens. I have used it twice now in my smoker with fantastic results. Highly recommend this beer can chicken holder.

I made roast chicken last night and I used the beer can rack for two procedures. I first washed and let my young birds rest and drip using the beer can rack this worked excellent for drying my birds. However I bought small range free young roasting chickens and they did not fit on the rack very easy. The young roasting chickens did hold up on the beer can rack even with this slight fitting issue. Easy clean up using a pan scrubber, I would recommend using cooking spray on the rack before roasting your birds. I used this in a roasting pan and placed it in the oven and not in my smoker. I did notice that my roasted birds cooked a little faster, And the presentation color was excellent.

I used this today for the first time and ended up with flavorful, moist chicken that was really easy to prepare. Instead of beer, I used empty soda cans filling each one with different mixtures. I filled one with orange juice, honey, cloves and ginger (I'll add some minced garlic next time). The other can I filled with sage and chicken broth. I sprayed the outside of the chickens with Pam and then sprinkled with seasoning. Delicious. Can't wait to try some different combinations. I do recommend using a lot of spices, etc. in the can as it results in a very mild flavor if you don't. Kind of depends on how much flavoring you want in your chicken. I received rave reviews on something that was easy to cook and a stand that was easy to clean. (I used Pam on the entire stand before cooking.)I'll be getting more of these to give as gifts.

Ordered two of these to smoke 4 chickens at one time. Great item, sturdy and handy to have. After all, when it comes to these great tasting chickens no one should smoke just one! The only drawback to the quality is the welding of the can holders is done by eye and the welder must need glasses because they were welded wherever and one side of each rack you have to practically crush the can in and the other fits like a dream! Crams in enough to not bother exchanging it, probably get another off-welded one anyway! I still recommend them but only give 4 stars because of the inconsistent weld
