This time clock is a great fit for my small business. The T120 model is easy to use with no monthly fees, and the punch machine generates clear reports for my employees. It’s straightforward to set up, though the display can be a bit dim. A practical solution for tracking hours!

This Time Clock for Small Business is a great option if you want to avoid monthly fees, but be prepared - it’s not plug-and-play. The initial setup involves installing software on a host computer, connecting the time clock and computer to the same Wi-Fi network, configuring firewall permissions, setting a static IP, and enabling HTTP control etc...There are videos on the brand’s website to walk you through the process, but you'll need a bit of tech confidence or someone to help with network setup. Once the company info, shifts, and employees are enrolled, the system runs smoothly.For us, with just 2–4 employees (some part-time), this is a cost-effective solution with decent reporting tools for payroll processing.Wi-Fi can be unstable occasionally (or it could just be our wi-fi issue), but the device has internal memory to store punches and syncs later when the host is back online. Just make sure you back up your host PC regularly in case of data loss.Overall, a flexible and budget-friendly system that offers multiple login options and saves money long-term. Recommend if you're ready for the setup process.

For the most part I am happy with this time clock.Time clock was well packaged and arrived damage free.Setup/entering employee info was not bad at all.Our previous one was a nightmare to get set up and kept needing to be reset.This time clock has given us no operating issues.The finger print reader works well and reads the first scan 99% of the time.It is worth noting there is no monthly fees.I can say I would buy it again.5 STARS

This is a fantastic Time Clock and is exactly as the Product Page described. It seems to be made of High Quality Materials and has been working great for me. I've been using this to keep track of time I spend on different Projects to help with billing them. It's been so nice to use for this. Setup is straight forward and simple. I'm extremely happy with it and highly recommend it.
