Don't waste your money. This product is easily overwhelmed with even the thinnest of wood. The wood gets stuck and the blade seizes up. Wish I had tested this earlier so I didn't miss my return window.

When you're making hobby projects such as structures for model, train, planes, or rockets or whatever it might be.... I used to rely on a x-acto knife and a straight edge. This little table saw makes it simpler. With cutting things like balsa, wood or Birch to use for train Bridges. This works really well. With the angle adapter, it works really well for cutting rocket fins too. B It will cut plastic or balsa wood or even plexiglass up to about 1/8 of an inch thick.The only negative thing I can say about it is that changing the blade or adjusting the height of the blade requires The use of Allen hex keys. It's slightly annoying.... But not really a problem.This kit comes with pretty much everything you could want with different blades, sanding attachments and carbide cutter disc.It's a must-have for hobby projects.

Got this for husband to use on small jobs around the house. Knew it would be small as it's a mini saw, but is smaller than expected.This is a nice set - Everything needed for doing hobby projects is included; that's just not what he wanted to use it for. No - he's not taking up a hobby so he can use it, lol.Seems well made and powerful enough for small jobs. Note you'll need patience when changing blades.Happy to recommend to hobbyists.
