This seal is too long for a car rear end, as it was made for the 12 bolt truck rear (see pics).If you intend to use it in a 69 Camaro you will need to fabricate a spacer in order for it to seal correctly or you can order MSR-PS12B Pinion Seal (the blue seal in the picture).That being said, the Timken is a good quality seal and it was delivered quickly and perfect condition.

It is a standard seal, except it did not fit the vehicle it was claimed to fit.

Perfect fit for my 12 bolt. Got a Yukon gear cause my 14 year old seal started seeping and that pos was just pissing fluid. Got this timken seal and no more leaks. Yes it was annoying how first one got lost by ups but that’s not the seal’s fault.

Seal probably works, but it doesn't fit a 63' or 64 12 bolt.
