Hard to turn to open, and to push down to activate, in fact both plastic outer wrappings came loose and more upward when I applied pressure to push down to activate.

I had the same problem as the other reviewer. Unlike my stepmom, these do not squirt. I tried it with both hands, two-fisting grip, thumb, forefinger, the shocker, you name it... same result. Either a tiny bit dribbled out of the tip or the wrapper slid up the shaft of the can. DO NOT BUY until Tink's fixes the nozzle problem.Update: Amazon customer service agent Mohammed is a hero. Issued my a full refund for the fully defective product.
