Received the same day as I ordered. The price is excellent. I needed to replace a key cap on my Dell Inspiron 3000 series 3179 2-in-1 laptop. I had ordered the key cap from a different retailer and it didn't fit at all no matter how I tried. The key cap connectors on the underside di not match the OEM and neither did the hinge clip. I decided to order the whole keyboard assuming I could pop off the key I needed to replace. It would be next to impossible to replace the whole keyboard anyway. The key cap and hinge clip came off the new keyboard with ease and snapped right onto the laptop keyboard. I now have a full selection of key caps if I need any in the future. Though the price of the whole keyboard with tax was $23 one key cap cost $6.00 if ordered from another retailer.
