I was eager to get this, but it didn't work out of the box. I gave it a 1-star review, returned it, and opted for a replacement instead of a refund. The replacement arrived in just 2 days, and this one worked perfectly. Windows ID'd it at once, Windows Hello processed my image and it's working exactly as advertised. The video is high quality. To the company's credit, they wrote to me after my earlier negative review and offered a replacement for free, but I'd already gotten one gratis from Amazon. Despite the initial failure, the company's outreach and the highly satisfactory replacement merits a 5-star review.

I have had this webcam for several months but have only just started using it.The camera is very compact and easy to set up.It really is plug and play.Love the simple privacy shutter - so simple to use.Also love that it uses Windows Hello facial recognition - I had no problems with Windows Hello recognising the camera.Noted that a few reviews have said it doesn't work well in low light but my home office has plenty of natural light so that hasn't been an issue for me.Picture and sound are both very clear.The wide angle camera is great for family video calls but I have to make sure my office door is closed when on work calls so no-one wanders in and is accidentally caught on camera.Overall, I am very happy with this webcam.

This camera DOES NOT work with Windows Hello on Windows 11 24H2. There is no support from the manufacturer, no drivers, no instructions on making it work. DO NOT BUY THIS EXPECTING WINDOWS HELLO TO WORK!

Trattasi di una webcam 2K USB. Il prodotto arriva in una scatola di cartone contenente la webcam, un cavetto USB Type A/Type C, un adattatore Type A/Type C e un foglio di istruzioni in inglese.La camera ha dimensioni compatte, di circa 75 x 22 x 23 mm. Ha un involucro in plastica, ed è dotata di una clip di fissaggio per lo schermo del PC. Nella parte inferiore della clip è inoltre presente un magnete che può rivelarsi utile per agganciare la camera a strutture metalliche.La camera può essere ruotata di 360° sull'asse orizzontale, e di pochi gradi sull'asse verticale. L'obiettivo può essere inoltre oscurato per questione di privacy facendo scorrere una levetta fino a ricoprilo completamente.L'utilizzo è risultato semplice, si tratta di collegare il cavo USB alla porta USB Type C presente nella parte posteriore della camera, collegando l'altra estremità al computer, utilizzando eventualmente l'adattatore Type A/Type C qualora il nostro PC fosse dotato della sola porta USB Type C.La connettività della camera è di tipo USB2.0. E' stata riconosciuta correttamente su un sistema dotato di sistema operativo Windows 11, ed è stata vista dalle applicazioni più popolari, come Zoom, Meet, Skype e OBS.Una caratteristica interessante è che funziona con Windows Hello che si può configurare per lo sblocco dello schermo. La risoluzione è risultata buona, ed è in grado di supportare fino a una risoluzione massima di 2592 x 1944 a 30 fps. Con OBS è stato possibile registrare dei filmati che si sono rivelati sufficientemente fluidi, anche se alla risoluzione massima di 2K qualche frame viene perso; nessun problema invece utilizzando la risoluzione FullHD (1920x1080) sempre a 30 fps (non sono supportati i 60 fps) dove il video è risultato sufficientemente fluido e con l'audio in sincronia. Quando la camera è in funzione si accende un led verde, che si spegne non appena la camera viene disattivata. L'audio è risultato sufficientemente pulito anche se non c'è una vera correzione di rumore, per cui un residuo appena percettibile di rumore di fondo è comunque presente.La messa a fuoco è automatica ed è risultata buona, anche se talvolta richiede qualche secondo di adattamento se ci si allontana troppo velocemente dall'obiettivo.La camera è compatibile con lo standard UVC, ed è stata riconosciuta anche sotto Linux, in una distribuzione recente.Complessivamente si tratta di un buon prodotto, con una buona versatilità e semplicità d'uso nelle App più popolari.

This is a tiny webcam designed for a notebook or laptop. In order for it to unlock Windows, your face has to be close. So it's not really suitable to be used mounted on the top of a PC monitor unless you move your head in close while it scans. Forget sitting in a chair and looking up to it. Won't unlock.

Works fine for Windows Hello on AMD Rhyzen 9 with Windows 11. That's why I bought it. No problems whatsoever. Went to settings, to camera. Set it up, restarted and I was in Windows without my password! Like the future, but today. I have been logging in to Windows since 1994. That's 31 years. I am smiling!

This little camera is a powerful tool for conferencing and general video chatting, has built in privacy, the main feature that sold it for me is the fact it is Windows Hello! compliant and works like a charm, be careful as most cameras claim they can do hello! but cant so be wary. The picture is very good has auto focus which can defocus sometimes in low light. It does up to 2k at 30fps, I recommend this if you want extra security for windows hello! and for video conferencing for everyone and anyone, as it is plug and play, as for setup windows recognises it straght away and installs drivers in a nano second. From unboxin to putting up on top of my monitor took 30 seconds and most of that was unravelling cable tie and packaging. The box is small i thought i got scammed at first however even though it is small its ideal, the camera is just easy to use and has alot of functionality. Just buy it if your looking for a decent webcam that can do Hello! (facial recognition).
