Tip tube (neck) is fixed and non-adjustable. Valves can be operated smoothly with one hand. HOKE torches are no longer made in the USA and are have been made in China since the turn of the century. The quality of the current manufacture Chinese made HOKE torches are greatly improved over the original Chinese made units that were not very good. Look for easy turning valves, heavy nickel-plating and well machined parts in the current run of these HOKE torches.
