My new filly wasn’t at all happy with any type of jointed mouthpiece and my normal hack wasn’t sending clear messages. She’s been doing great with this, it seems to keep her mouth moist and she never refuses the bit. I’m not sure how much action the roller has but it’s still a nice mild bit. I’d recommend to a friend for sure

The bit I received is loose, does not at all feel secure. Like it may fall apart during use. I purchased another comfort bit in the same price range as it seems to be much better quality than this one. I am disappointed with this purchase, as I would not recommend it.

The bit being held by hand is what I received. As you can see... it does not look like the mouthpiece in the photo description. Not sure if anyone else got one like this. The center joint is a little looser than the imus comfort gait but it is being held next to. But it does work well and I have used it a handful of times without the complaints (from the horse) that she did in a two break bit.

The bit seems well made but it is just about the heaviest bit I have ever owned. My horses may get used to the weight but so far they are not too crazy about the bit. It also doesn't seem to hang quite right in the bridle or in their mouths.

I ride a gaited horse and I use this bit from time to time as a 'refresher' step down bit when we are working on fine tuning his responsiveness to the Imus Comfort Gait Shank bit. I also have to add, I ordered this bit believing it to be the knock off made by Kelley bit makers. In fact, I received an original Imus for this price! I was thrilled with this purchase.
