I recently purchased these mirrors for my 2014 Ram 1500 SLT and I absolutely love them. However, while I was driving, the piece that holds the temperature sensor on the left mirror came off and I lost it—I wasn’t able to stop and recover it. Now I’m without a functioning temperature sensor.Do you sell the sensor along with the plastic piece needed to reinstall it? I’d really appreciate your help with this.

I’ve installed these on my 2016 ram about a year ago now. No complaints here. Everything on them works perfectly and I’ve actually compared them to my Chevy mirrors, they’re absolutely 100% identical. They must’ve been made in the same factory no doubt.

I've never have been a big fan of the OEM Ram mirror as far as look or usability. These are absolutely great. They look good and function great.

The mirrors look great, but the fact that a company claims to be plug and play… And isn't is beyond scumbaggy.More so, the “instructions” are either written by a 5 year old who has no idea what they are talking about or, never made it into the box. The frick am I supposed to do with the blue and white wires? A 20 min job has turned into a couple days job while I research where I’m suppose to connect those wires to.The brake lights? Reverse lights, fuse, to each other? Come on now. Have some class and be honest. I’ve been installing aftermarket mirrors, speakers, stereos, lift kits, shocks, mechanical parts and etc since I was 16. It’s 2023, freaking get with the time.I do NOT recommend these mirrors until they truly make they “plug and play”.Thanks.

Mirrors look great on my 2016 ram 1500. They look and function so much better than factory style ram tow mirrors. Everything works straight out of the box except for the reverse lights and front turn signals. You must wire 3 wires to get these to function correctly. I have attached a picture showing the 3 required connections if using the reverse lights as part of the puddle light setup instead of reverse lights. 3 wires areBlue to red/yellow in the black plug harness for front turn signals.White to pink in white plug for reverse light positive.Grey to brown in white plug for reverse light negative.Note - the manual wiring diagram has the pink and brown wires backwards in the white plug. Pink is the positive not brown.There's some very minor shaking in the main glass which I have found to be standard on all aftermarket mirrors. The curved mirrors are rock solid.Overall they look great and do exactly what I need after 3 quick wire connections on each side. If the mirrors had zero shake and no wiring they'd be 5 star for sure.

Definitely like these a lot better than moose mirrors. Only functions that are not plug and play are the front marker lights on the outside of the mirrors and the reverse lights on the mirror side. I opted out on connecting those functions. Also no vibrations also, but also have the mounted brackets installed on my truck as well. Other than that everything works as it should on a 2014 Ram 1500 Big Horn.

My coworker is a diehard GM guy but he had his truck handed down to him and with the market the way it is, it’s cheaper to fix the front end of a RAM every 6 months than it would be to trade it in 😂He hated his doofy tow mirrors and I told him about my Chevy mirros on OBS Ford and a few seconds later we had these bad boys found and ordered!Almost as fast as we ordered them, we had them installed and now he’s riding happy again.

Great quality, easy to set up.. plug in play except features you didn't have on your truck to start with.. I don't have reverse lights or running/ marker lights on my 2011 ram 1500 so they don't work on the new ones unless you run the wires and connect somewhere to the reverse light and running lights.. I ran the wires to the inside of my truck.. some work but not to bad, videos on YouTube. I am not sure where to run the wires to yet but 95% of it is done and it wasn't to bad.. follow the video on YouTube.. but I am impressed with the mirrors and I'm very happy with how they look

Installed these mirrors on my 2016 big horn, trucks original mirrors had all the same features so everything plugged in. Upon starting my truck it had an error message about my DEF system and check engine light was on. Next day it went away and all was fine but the ambient temperature was way off on my truck. Then truck continued to have error messages about the DEF system. Removed mirrors and put stocks back on all issues went away. Passenger side mirror is also extremely over magnified making it almost useless. My main regret with all of it is that I let them sit in the box for a month before installing and now I’m stuck with them because it’s passed the amount of time to return them.

First, my vehicle is a 2009 Ram 1500 Sport. Right out of the box I was impressed with the quality of these mirrors. All connections appeared to be correct and the mounting plate matches.Once I got my door panel off and the old mirrors removed I mounted the first mirror, connected it to the harness inside the door panel, turned the key on and tested out the functions.1. Upper mirror motors work in all directions as they should2. Turn signal on the mirror face itself works as it should3. Puddle light does NOT light up when door opens or when using fob to unlock doorsa. I hooked 12v directly to that line and the LED does light up so I know the light functions.b. I recalled reading another review on here (prior to purchasing) that explained something wasn't wired correctly. So I sought that review out and did some testing of my own.c. Turns out, the power source for the puddle light comes from an entirely different wire in the harness, unfortunately it's been about a month since I installed these and can't remember the colors correctly. Use a multimeter and by some connectors if you want your puddle lights to work.4. Reverse lights. My truck did not come with this feature so they do not work with any harness connector. Plenty of wire is included coming from them to wire into your backup lights somewhere if you'd like. However, I decided I wanted them to come on with the puddle lights so the side of the truck would be lit up too. So I jumped them in with the wires for the puddle lights.5. Backside turn signals...again, my truck only had the bottom turn signals as part of the stock mirrors so I think that is the part of the harness that is used by the mirror face signals (red) on this mirror. As a result, the backside (amber) turn signals did not work at all. I had to splice those into the harness that controlled the red turn signals on the mirror face.6. The seller included a wiring diagram on here in the questions section and part of it is INCORRECT...I can't remember now if it was the puddle lights or the back up lights but they have the +/- reversed. Again, use a multimeter and test it as you go. It isn't hard it just takes a few minutes to get it sorted correctly.All in all, I would definitely buy these again. They are a fantastic product for a very reasonable price. They take some getting used to after driving with the sport mirrors I had for the last 10 years. I have yet to get our boat out of the garage to really test them while towing (which is why I bought them in the first place). But hopefully in the next couple weeks we will hit the lake.
