Mirrors installed easily. Wiring harness had the wrong pins on one side or the directions were not sufficient. I bought an aftermarket harness from another company with better directions.

Mirrors arrived promptly. Terrible one page directions. They have no videos for install. They resend the initial one page of directions which were no help. Told me that I needed to buy a specific wiring harness that would solve my problem, another $200. Didn’t solve my problem. Terrible directions. Had 17 messages back and forth with the company and still no remedy for mirrors that aren’t working yet. Returned and bought mirrors from Boost Auto they have amazing customer service and wonderful videos. Installed in one afternoon. Don’t buy these mirrors.

Mirrors arrived fast and were a breeze to install. The heated feature is awesome in the cold.

Noticed mirror had only 2 studs each side thought nothing of it. They worked great. For months Till it broke off on some gravel washboard spot on way home. Pulled off door and found bolts still there and snug. Snd broken off from mirror. Seen others with 4 studs like the original Chevy one had. Just need replaced or refunded and returned. Stuck with no mirror cuz of bad mounting
