I ordered this product only because Amazon itself said it fit my 1999 Toyota Solara, but upon receiving it, it wasn't an exact replacement. I looked into it further and it seems as if there is an "early" and "late" version of this part. My vehicle has the "early" version and this one happens to be the "late" version. They are practically indistinguishable at first glance, but the VSV sensors are not the same and I did not install it for fear that it would not be read correctly by my cars computer. This product here, considered the "later" version, is part number -06093. The "early" version is part number CP3271. For anyone who orders this part in the future I hope this helps and saves you the headache of the return/refund process.

The part works great. My mechanic installed it and then reset the check engine light. I put about 150 miles on the car and the light stayed off so I took the car for the smog test, which it passed. Good stuff and so glad it worked. Note that my 1999 Toyota Camry V6 LE was made in Japan (VIN starts with "JT").

I am not giving it five stars because of the lousy brand Toyota. After I bought $5K my Camry used, I spent $2.5K to get it to run smoothly. Check engine light started ti light up about a year after purchase. By then I already spent close to $1K to replace timing belt, shocks and struts. Too late to sell it at minimum loss. So I replaced one sensor after another, only to have the light on again a few months later. This gas canister was the last one part I had to replace. That $2.5K doesnt include the tires, two batteries, brake pads and rotors, spark plugs and wires, gas cap, plus nornal engine oil and filters replacement.

Excellent buy on this part and it was an EXACT OEM fit. No problems with install and no check engine light.

Received on time. Works!Beware as this is not for the faint of heart. You better be equipped with the proper tools. It took me a very long time due to my floor jack failure as I attempted the repair so I had to improvise while staying safe. Please keep safety in mind at all times. There are many different version of this so you need to investigate that this is the part that you need.I used this on a 1999 Toyota Avalon. It was cheaper than going to a mechanic but I wish that the price was not so high, especially in view of the fact that, this is for a 16 years old vehicle.I did find this way cheaper but the waiting time for receiving it was too much and I had a timetable to follow.
