The large 16mm bolt with flange was good quality. The item however was for the 6 cylinder Toyota engine. Despite the packaging, the ad and the search which all 3 insisted fit my 4 cylinder 22re Toyota engine. The correct bolt is 14mm shank diameter.Not the larger 16mm!

I actually was able to reuse my old bolt and didn't end up needing this so I cancelled it. The seller promptly recalled and refunded me. I can say that this is the correct part number for the 6 cylinder engines. I can also say that this part number was replaced in 1999 with one that includes a welded on washer and pre applied threadlocker, and that it seems most places are carrying only the new part even if it is under the old part number. However I can also confirm that both versions will fit the 3VZE and the 5VZE engines.
