Says it will fit a 302 but the bracket goes right where the water line is. Not sure if a different waterpump is needed or what but returned it.

I used this item to install a larger alternator on an ice cream truck. It took a little "engineering" to get it just right but that's because I used it for something more than it was originally designed. You wouldn't have known it wasn't stock if it wasn't chrome, but that didn't matter to me.
