I bought this 06/20 and just installed them today 8/17 and the rear lights don't work. To late to return so I guess I bought a $40 dud..

I have looked at these several times for different RC trucks I have. My buddies have kept me away saying they break, or the wires get damaged blah blah blah.So I got a rustler 4x4 vxl and wanted to add these. I couldn’t be happier. Use the provided zip ties, plus a few more cause the 4 tiny ones they give you are a joke. There is plenty of wire provided to cleanly tie the wire out of the way and make the connections. For those of you who need additional attention DO NOT get the wires close to the drive shaft or the lights WILL stop working.Anyways once you get it all connected, the lights are very bright and are amazing especially at night but still cool in the daytime even in Arizona where the sun is always on. Oh and another added bonus is you’ll have extra parts when you remove the original bumpers without lights.So just move them from your cart and buy them you’ll be glad you did.
